Dear Alumnae of Alpha Gamma Delta,

As summer comes to a close the collegiate members of AGD at SFSU have been working hard all summer to prepare for formal recruitment. As in year's past we need your support in order to keep the chapter running.

How can you contribute as Alum:

- Attend the final rush workshop on Sunday September 14th from 11 am to 1 pm and help collegiate members refine their roatation skills. Contact VPR - Karlie Nieto.


- Sponsor our Bid Day Tote Bags for only $17.00. Please read the attached form and start sponsoring the chapter today. For any additional questions please contact our New Member Coordinator - Hailee Fleming.

- Donate items for the Bid Day Totes, for the chapter during recruitment (water, snacks, etc.) or anything else that you would like to supply. Please contact Chapter Advisor Sarah O'Rourke.

- Attend events throughout the semester. Please look at the event calendar on www.deltapiagd.com. Two key events to bring to your attention are: Formal Recruitment, September 15th to 18th and Initiation on November 15th.

We hope that you look back fondly on your days as an Alpha Gam and take a moment to support your chapter because we really need it.

The countdown has begun. Fall 2008 Formal Recruitment is three weeks away and we need your help! Our hope is to have at least 2-4 alumnae volunteer each night to help with drinks, food and clean-up between rounds. Following is the most recent update to the Fall Formal Recruitment schedule:
 
Thursday, September 11
Round 1 - Water Rush
7:00pm
4 events (the number of parties could be increased; determined by how many women go through recruitment)
 
Friday, September 12
Round 2 - Philanthropy "Peace, Love and AGD"
5:00pm
4 events (the number of parties could be increased; determined by how many women go through recruitment)
 
Saturday, September 13
Round 3 - Theme "An Alpha Gam Life for Me"
12:00pm
3 events (the number of parties could be increased; determined by how many women are still in the recruitment process)
 
Sunday, September 14
Round 4 - Preference
12:00pm (please note that all Preference parties now run concurrently)
2 events (the number of parties could be increased; determined by how many women are still in the recruitment process)
 
Monday, September 15
Bid Day
5:30pm
 
Please note that the times on the schedule are when the parties start. I would like to have sisters who volunteer in the room 15 minutes before the event begins.
